📋 Netherlands Schengen Visa Documents Checklist for UK Applicants

Core documents

• Valid passport (issued within the last 10 years, valid at least 3 months after you leave the Schengen area, with 2 blank pages)
• Completed, signed visa application form
• Recent passport photo, 35 × 45 mm, light background
• Travel medical insurance valid across the Schengen area (minimum €30,000 cover)
• Round-trip flight reservation and accommodation details

Proof of UK status

If you are not a British citizen, bring proof of your lawful UK status (for example, eVisa share code or residence document) valid beyond your return date.

Proof of funds and ties

• Last 3–6 months bank statements
• Employment letter, payslips or business registration
• Students: enrolment letter

Trip-specific documents

• Tourism: itinerary, hotel bookings
• Family visit: invitation letter and host ID
• Business: company invitation and cover letter
