💷 Netherlands Visa Fees and Service Charges in the UK Explained

Three separate costs

1. Visa fee – paid to the Dutch authorities via VFS (check the current amount on the official site; reduced fees apply to some groups).
2. VFS service fee – paid to VFS Global for processing your application.
3. Appointment-booking fee – optional, paid to us (£70 / £90 / £105) for finding and booking the slot.

Our fee never includes the visa fee or VFS fee. You pay those directly at your appointment.

Other costs to plan for

Travel insurance, translations, photographs and courier return if offered.
