Once your slot is booked you receive a clear confirmation letter with your date, time, centre and what to bring. Here is an example with made-up details.

Before you go
- Bring your passport and the documents on the checklist (original and one copy).
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early – only applicants may enter the centre.
- Biometrics (fingerprints and photo) are taken at the centre.
- Pay the visa and VFS fees at the centre. These are separate from our fee.
- Keep your confirmation and your receipt until your passport is returned.
How it works
- You book – fill in the short form (2 minutes).
- We find a slot at your chosen UK centre.
- You receive your confirmation by email and WhatsApp.
- You attend the centre on the day.
