Our service
We provide an appointment-booking service only. Mirza IT is an independent appointment-booking service. We are not affiliated with VFS Global, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands or any government body. We do not issue visas and cannot guarantee visa approval. Visa and VFS fees are paid separately to VFS Global.
Fees
Our fee is per applicant and covers the booking service. It does not include visa or VFS fees.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information as shown in your passport. We are not responsible for refusals caused by incorrect information.
Liability
We do not guarantee visa approval or specific appointment dates. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
